Miracle Temple Deliverance Church was founded on Octoberthe 9th, 1997 by Bishop Charlie Jenkins Jr and First Lady Susanna Jenkins. God led Bishop Jenkins and the members of M.T.D.C to have service on Old Lexington Road! The ministry began with an humble 8 people and God provided that the church never missed a payment! Many ministers begin to flourish out of the ministry, such as Prophetess Maxine Jenkins Glover, Pastor Martin, and Prophetess Martin just to name a few! The ministry began to grow and they worshiped faithfully there for 10 years!
Bishop Jenkins later in 2009 began to search for property for the ministry! He came across a piece of land filled with nothing but snakes and trees but he saw something greater! God spoke to him and said, "I have offered this ministry to others and they wouldn't go for me but if you go for me I'll bless you and it!" Bishop notified the flock and with help from the members and Divine intervention from God, they moved in on July 2009! Bishop Jenkins would often say, "Whom God gives vision, he will give provision!"
Not many days hence Bishop Jenkins was reunited with a man of God that the Lord sent to assist him! Apostle Barry Spates and Calvary Ministries under the covering of Miracle Temple Deliverance Church began to work together! Since then the ministry has grown leaps and bounds! The church is a breeding ground for Miracles, where the lame has walked, spirits have been cast out, and people have been set free! God has blessed Bishop Jenkins with ministers that have come to help. Elder Anthony Williams, Evangelist Tahita Williams, Prophet Kerry A.T Thomas, Prophet Donnie Bryant, and Prophetess Angela Bruce Bryant all have come to join forces with the ministry!
God has his hands on this house, as we become Bethel, The Place Where God Lives! We are a house of divine order and a church that gives God all the Glory!

Is to teach and preach the gospel of the kingdom of our Lord and savor Jesus Christ.
To seek the souls of the loss and to win them for the kingdom of God, to teach the body of Christ how to walk in unconditional love just as Jesus commanded us when he gave us a new commandment that we love one another.
To teach the body of Christ how to walk and live in unity and oneness with each other with each ministry we come across or become connected with, to show signs wonders and miracle just as Jesus did.
To teach the five fold apostolic just as Jesus tough his disciples, to activate each one of them in the Holy Ghost and Fire with signs and wonders following them just as Jesus did His disciples.
